Free publishing lesson: Never ask the reader a question—esp in the hed—that they’ll answer, “oh god, no!” I promise you that most will not read on
What's your favorite tool and why? I'll go first. I love a locking pliers (Vise-Grip) bc what can't they grip and unscrew (that's less than an inch-ish across)?
Hey fellow runners with a lot (but not as many as @dengaterade) of running shoes, what shoe racks do you recommend? My days of giant, glorious shoe pile are ending to usher in days of a giant, glorious shoe matrix
10 years ago I was covering the Tour de France and this artful display had been curated in the press center. Nice of the Photos app to remind me, but this image was already burned into my brain
Writers who run: I'm looking for personal stories about running+music. Could be yours, your friend's, a stranger you tracked down. If you have a pitch, send me a DM w/ a link to clips.
Important bike racing question I hope to answer before this year's #TDF2022 How many light blue shirts does race director Christian Prudhomme own? I bet @joelindsey can ballpark this, and that's it's either way more than expected, or just one that he really likes.
