When you have to book a flight with short notice to handle a family situation, but then a missing control knob on @SouthwestAir causes you to miss the meeting you were trying to get to. Frustrated

My new @SouthwestAir day-of-flight routine seems to be wake up, see my flight has been cancelled, frantically find a new flight, and enjoy my new flight with an added layover.
Thankfully @SouthwestAir has awesome support (thanks Macie!) but let’s try for an uninterrupted flight on the way home :)
Awesome job with the new rec center, @AuroraPROS! family loved the pool area and especially loved being able to charge my car while we had our fun inside!

Delayed flight on @SouthwestAir because the plane had a mislabeled circuit breaker. Makes you wonder how long that’s been that way and one of the pilots finally actually checked the box.
