I’ve always wanted to work with @Kojima_Hideo and still do. I also looked up to him because of his vision on creating IPs. Now I’m on a train heading for another meeting, reading this lovely interview and realizing even tho’ he is Kojima-san we share the same problems. We worry about not being able to do what we love. We worry about losing talented people because we can’t provide for them. We worry about letting down the people who trusted us. I really felt this interview and I totally understand the struggle of his position. Because it’s not about fame, it’s not about how great you are. It’s about responsibilities to yourself and your team. I’m so glad that they found a way to make PHYSINT work. I wish the team the best.
