…I ALSO BEQUEATH UNTO THEM MY BOX OF CABLES FROM 1984, MY APPLE BOXES, AND MY CAMERA/LENS BOXES.

Don’t listen to the critics, A Minecraft Movie was a lot of fun. I watched it with my adult son who played this game growing up, and he had a blast. I also enjoyed the silliness. We were surrounded by kids and their parents at our preview screening though lol #seewhatshow

#TheGorge on Apple TV+ was an enjoyable action-romance sci-fi flick. They didn’t use Sigourney Weaver as much as they should’ve though. Loved the phalanx guns. Loved the fact that poetry was weaved into the story, even more. #seewhatshow

Was at the premiere of #CaptainAmericaBraveNewWorld Was it as good as Captain America & the Winter Soldier? No. Was it at least half as good? Yes. And that was enough. I enjoyed the set pieces, seeing Harrison Ford, and Giancarlo Esposito. Needed more Red Hulk. #seewhatshow

Under Paris was so stupid and dumb but yet, I enjoyed it. I don’t know if it was the fact that it took itself seriously, or that I enjoyed predicting who would get eaten by a giant shark that can swim in freshwater (yes, that’s a plot point), but dang it was fun. #seewhatshow

I hate to say this but I really enjoyed #GodzillaxKongTheNewEmpire It is easily the most fun installment of the entire franchise. Silly but fun. It’s like they are starting a boyband of monsters, gathering for a dance-off. #seewhatshow

I will be on Facebook Live tonight (Sunday 17th December) at 8.30pm for some Christmas cheer. My Christmas Tree is up and I thought it would be fun to hang out with you all. Join me for some good ole Christmas music with my friend James: fb.com/mrbrownlah See you all!

I enjoyed the silliness and fun that was #TheMarvels. There was chemistry between the three leads and Ms Marvel was the brightest star. It wasn’t a perfect movie but nowhere the train wreck some wanted it to be. It helps if you watched Ms Marvel and Wandavision. #seewhatshow

Kim Huat’s yearbook photo…

So who is on off-in-lieu today?

Kim Huat was inspired by his #fitspo friend to take up a new thing.

Just watched #ThorLoveAndThunder and enjoyed it very much. Good ole Taika Waititi oddball humour all around. If you liked Ragnarok, you’ll like this. Best gag: 🐐🐐 Best fight scene: Thor’s “army” Wife preferred Dr Strange 2. I preferred this. We are debating. #seewhatshow

Amazon’s Reacher is what Lee Child fans have been waiting for. It’s a little cliched but Alan Ritchson at least fits the book’s character in terms of height and build (1.88m vs Tom’s 1.7m). Brains+Brawn and lots of head-butting. I look forward to Season 2. #seewhatshow

anchor.fm/mrbrown/episodes/T… It is Day 79 of Post Circuit-Breaker, Phase 2. Saturday night at my mom's, watching some China matchmaking show after dinner, with our own running commentary. Saturday, 5th September 2020.

mrbrown’s #WFH mini movie reviews: Greyhound on Apple TV+ was soooooo good. War movie fans will love it. it is short but what a tense 90 mins. The tension kicks in fast, and it wastes no time. Hanks is engaging as a newbie captain in a battle of wits with U-boats. #seewhatshow

#KimHuat & the Malaysian Incursions, Pt 2 youtu.be/PfZgwmgtcqM Kim Huat shares his considered take on the SG-M’sia spat over maritime boundaries, in the geopolitical dimension of maritime security & how this dispute impacts territorial claims & international law in the region.
