Elon Musk just announced he is going to donate over $10 billion by giving 1 share of SpaceX to every child born next year. The best part is he will donate it directly to each child without any non-profit or NGO being able to take a cut. Incredible gift done in a powerful way.

Your mindset is one of the most powerful tools you possess. When you know your worth, have clarity about your goals, and believe in what's possible, you begin to see opportunities where others are very likely to see obstacles.

Delta, Chase and Amazon are blocking AI agents. The war on agents has begun, and here’s how it probably plays out: Stage 1: Companies block agents because agents skip the ads and upsells. Stage 2: Agents learn to act like humans, and it becomes an arms race. Stage 3: The market splits. Companies that make money on sales let agents in, companies that make money on data charge for access, and the giants build their own agents. Stage 4: A trusted middle layer for agent identity and payments becomes the standard way in. Stage 5: Companies that welcome agents start winning customers from the ones that block them. Stage 6: The agent blockers come back and let agents in on their own terms. Stage 7: Everyone starts competing for agents with better prices, faster checkout and SEO built for agents. Stage 8: The ads come back, and companies pay to be your agent’s first recommendation. Stage 9: The agent war ends, and selling to agents becomes as normal as having a website.
notice.. > Delta is blocking AI agents from booking flights > JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts > Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents > Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents. the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us

Senator Slotkin is a literal, walking and talking, “threat to democracy.”

It is absolutely disgraceful to threaten young Americans for participating in politics and serving their country.

Or you could go build $1 trillion in wealth and solve the problems you’re talking about. It’s funny how you’re so opinionated on what should be done with OTHER PEOPLE’s wealth. Build your own wealth. You should shut up and get to work.
Things Elon Musk could do with $1Tn dollars: - End world hunger - Solve climate change - Provide schooling for every child - Reduce housing crisis What Elon Musk does: - Build a stupid car-toy with no practĂcal use, just to impress a bunch of idiots. Tesla Roadster should be the last straw. #EatTheRich

If you think Democrats care about lowering the price of gas, just remember that on Day One of the Biden admin, two of the first things they did were cancel the Keystone XL pipeline and halt all new oil and gas leases.

Apartment operating costs rise nearly twice as fast as revenue (NAA research, via GlobeSt): 89 cents of every rent dollar covers financing, operations, and expenses. Rent recovery won't fix margins on its own. It will require strict cost discipline.

Rental demand is up 19.2% YOY as the "deliberate renter" rises (Zillow, Oct 15): typical rent is $1,932, up 2.7%; the typical new buyer's monthly payment is $3,037, up 5%.

Cue the outrage
Milton Friedman: “In the long run, government will spend whatever the tax system will raise, plus as much more as it can get away with. That’s what history tells us.” “So my view has always been: cut taxes on any occasion, for any reason, in any way that’s politically feasible, as the only way to keep down the size of government.”

For the last 200 years, we've been turning humans into robots. Now, with AI, we have the opportunity to turn them back into humans. - Salim Ismail, Founder, OpenExO, Author, Exponential Organizations
