This is a quality listen about a quality guy. Alex… thanks for all you’ve done for our program and so many others at @DCGHS @dcgactivities through the years.
Alex Pries is making the most of his time at Dallas Center-Grimes High School! The DCG senior is involved in just about everything! He's also the featured guest on this week's Mustangs on the Move, a spotlight on the Class of 2024 at DCG High School.

Quite a decade. The most important thing we do is treat each other with kindness and respect. Dedication-give our best in all we do. Compassion-others over self. Guts-do the right thing even when it's hard.
8 JV Conf titles, 3 State titles, 5 podium finishes. Always believing.

We enjoyed celebrating our season last night. It Takes One. One decision. To love, to serve, to be kind, to give grace. Every day you have power to make someone’s day better or worse. What will you do with that power? One decision. One person. One day.
This is a special group.

It was fun to watch these three lace ‘em up again today. AJ and Alex ran in the Senior All-Star Meet. Sam ran in the Open Race — his first race since Sept. 7. That was special. We are proud of them. #ItTakesOne
