Cattle and land are too cheap. I hate to admit I’m out of touch but I haven’t bought a new tractor since 2012. When I saw this one with 1400 hours for $170,000, I thought they were asking way too much. Then I priced new ones. A new tractor like this is just shy of $400,000. I couldn’t believe it. I paid $174,000 for a new ivt 8225R in 2012. The bigger row crop tractors are now closer to $600k! My back has gotten tired of running a 4850 for baling and I sure would like to upgrade because we’ve grown the Colorado operation to over 1500 acres of mostly irrigated land and it’s requiring a lot of time in the seat, but things just don’t add up, even with $400/ton hay and $3.50 feeders, and I really don’t expect either to stay this high for much longer. I keep hearing that cattle and land are too high, but when you look at costs in agricultural inputs, they certainly are not. If you’re in the camp that land and cattle prices are crazy, welcome to the club of being 15 years out of touch with reality.

This was collated and fed to journalists after Helen Haines had rightfully called out Albanese’s blatant unprecedented handover of 6 million dollars of taxpayer money to a golf course next to one of his properties. Albanese then told parliament the money was for sewerage work. It wasn’t. He is a serial liar. He used taxpayer money to try to smear and silence Helen Haines. It didn’t work because she isn’t corrupt. After the horrendous attack on her by an unhinged maniac, Albanese did a press conference calling Haines a woman of ‘the highest integrity’, ‘a beacon of light’. Albanese must resign now for the sake of Australia. The electorate is on to his disgusting behaviour and no number of sad fools still defending him will change that.
As someone who was critical of Albo’s golf funding deal (pork barrelling by both sides is a joke), I can tell you this PM briefing about Haines is categorically not any sort of dirt file. Anyone who calls this a dirt file, as Peter Van Onselen did, does not have a single clue about how public sector briefings to Ministers work. Either that or they are a rusted-on bleacher-screeching barrow-pusher for one side of politics. Van Onselen’s pieces read like a cadet who has read an offical document for the first time. All the information is completely legitimately gathered, including an attempt to ascertain a pecuniary interest. There are hundreds of these things written every day at state, federal and local government level for ministers of every colour. Stock. Standard. Briefing.

Yesterday, on one of those nice main streets in Wangaratta, a grandmother went to the back of her car, just like any normal day. Getting something from the boot. The fresh air a reflection of the weather report, warm and dry – mostly fine. It wasn’t a sitting week. It was one of those odd times when there is a week gap between, an eerie silence… a break in play. A quiet day, busy with constituent meetings and things to do. We don’t yet know why, but the mostly silent, mostly fine day was totally shattered when a white 4WD slammed directly into Helen Haines. We know the barber pulled him from the car – a hero. We know the drivers name if not yet his intentions. Brendan Nugent, an avid X user and climate activist. Worried about Palestine and coal. In what appears to be a deliberate attack on an independent member of the house. We know that last night the internet went to work armed with photos of the incident - a number plate – a vehicle type, and a direct match. Before Brendan was declared, he was known, and his social media history totally catalogued immediately, before the sock puppets could get to work. It is clear that given Helen sat just on the left of centre, that the Prime Minister had desperately hoped Brendan was some kind of “right wing extremist” so he could use this horrific tragedy to crack down on the far right. Just so he could crack down on anybody who disagrees with him. Like the time he and his office circulated a ‘dirt sheet’ on Dr Haines. He’s already had a crack at the online detectives that pointed the spotlight at the vile man who drove his car into the anti-corruption campaigning Haines. But Nugent is of the left. And most likely very sick - which is not, nor should it ever be a defence. But Albanese calls for the temperature to come down. Because it is not warm and sunny with some scattered cloud anymore. What we don’t need is more rushed legislation set to destroy our ability to speak and connect online in the name of keeping us safe. What we do need is a political establishment that will listen to the just and growing grievances of the community poorly served by them. More, whether this attack is politically motivated or not, we need to ensure those who are violent and mentally ill are given the treatment they need, and are kept away from polite society, and if they are violent offenders they should serve time like everyone else. We don’t need limits on speech; we need limits on government. After all, that is the primary driver of the desperation and sense of helplessness people are increasingly feeling. Government's scale and misuse of power is destroying trust. That is what is raising the temperature. That and a total lack of integrity among those we are forced to pay, serve and vote for. It is all upside-down. Worse, Helen Haines is currently in a very bad condition, and her work on the integrity of the political class must be continued. I hope she survives this and makes a recovery. I hope her family is ok. I hope this tragedy is never repeated. This is not Australia. I just want Australia back.

Might explain why Australia still struggles to get a 3 day forecast right. Copying and pasting wrong climate modelling data just to fill any gaps doesn't feel like very good value for money.

Why do farmers pay council rates? No, really. Farmers have to pay HUGE council fees despite - in many cases - living on poorly maintained dirt roads. They have NO town water. NO sewage. NO public transport. Substandard power lines. Poorly maintained public land. And heaven forbid they want to build a shed or dig a dam - council will make sure they charge two arms and half a leg and take their sweet arse time considering the project. Rates should be an exchange for services. No services. No rates.

In GPA’s survey so far, 95% of respondents don’t know how they’ll measure grain dust exposure in their business. The new limit starts on 1 December, during harvest. Tell us what you need to manage the change: rebrand.ly/22e283

Respect for who exactly??? Most of my mob find this cringeworthy, embarrassing & an insult to our culture. But, if it makes the woke, inner-city leftists feel good about themselves, I suppose that's all that matters.

Nobody in a position of power should be allowed to gaslight, lie to, or mislead the public in matters of national security. This should be written in the constitution.

We had a Muslim terrorist attack in Australia that killed 15 people Instead of our government doing anything about the radical Muslims in our country They held a royal commission without uttering the words Muslims, and then decided to take the rights away from ordinary Australians

It doesn’t matter whether you bought your ticket or not, today, you are strapped in to the roller-coaster. Australia accidentally elected Labor and the Greens into a supermajority, and now we will pay the price. You can blame Dutton and his bet-each-way approach to the last election, but it doesn’t change the facts. Australia voted and now we have people in power that are not afraid to use that power to make it impossible to shake them out. Their immigration program has nothing to do with the economy, and everything to do with them hoping to dupe the new Australians they are minting into voting for them. They will again lie, hoping to bribe the electorate with false promises of cheap electricity, and a better economy. They will pretend to pay off student debts, and let the indexation wipe out the savings. They will spend and spend borrowed money to the point where your money is no good, no matter how much you have. They will take away your right to complain. And, that is by far the worst part. Because without an ability to speak, we can’t tell the truth. The uncomfortable but real truth that our nation is in rapid and steep decline. The Labor Party and the Greens will jam in the digital duty of care laws. A gag order on their political opponents. It won’t matter if you are elected, or out here in the real world, we will all be subjected to the most oppressive speech laws in our history. We will not be able to complain. We will not be able to tell the truth. We will not be able to fix it politically. Maybe that is what Australia needs to wake up from its long and spoilt slumber. Too many of us have taken our prosperity for granted. Our happy and free culture taken as an impenetrable right. But it isn’t, and the government is about to prove it. Good and hard. They will continue to tell us of their economic and social success, as they call their political opponents extreme whilst more and more of us fall into hardship and misery. And without a political solution... They will push us to breaking point, because they are greedy, narcissistic and stupid. I hope they fail to pass the new speech laws, but I suspect they will just ram them in. Like everything else they have done. Because they are too afraid of our voices, and their lies will never beat the truth in a fair fight. It is sad. Fight back. Make your MPs understand how disgusted you are with this total betrayal of Australia and our values. Press. Time is short. I just want Australia back.

Labor gaslighting. Islamists commit terrorist attack at Bondi, Labor blames law abiding citizens with guns. Labor floods the country with people from the third world, Labor blames backpackers for the housing crisis. Labor politicians are the gutter rats of Australian politics

Interesting how nudity was called empowering and feminist when Megan Rapinoe, Sue Bird, or Emily Ratajkowski did it, but suddenly becomes ‘setting women back 100 years’ when Sydney Sweeney does it. Maybe the issue isn’t nudity—maybe it’s who is doing it and whether you agree with her politics.

BREAKING: Pauline Hanson just did what every real leader does, and what Anthony Albanese has never done in his entire political life. She fronted the press. She copped it from Labor, the Liberals, Jacinta Price and the Human Rights Commission. Then she owned it. “I’ve always put my foot in my mouth, I’m not the most eloquent speaker” Hanson said. “If I’ve offended people by using the word primitive, yes I will apologise for that” she added. She continued “I regret saying that because I don’t want to upset people. That wasn’t my intention to hurt people.” On Albanese’s late mother and public housing: “If he’s taken offence to it, well I’m sorry for that” That’s ownership. Then she drew the line every politician in this country is too gutless to draw: She will not back away from the conversation Australia actually needs. Equal treatment on a needs basis, not race. The division, the third world conditions, the failures no one in Canberra will touch. Albanese doesn’t do this. He never has. He gets hit and immediately finds someone else to blame. The last government. The media. “The far right.” Anyone but himself. Hanson stood there and took it. That’s the difference between a leader and and someone like Anthony Albanese.

As a Gomeroi man, I’m calling it out: I absolutely detest the modern 'Welcome to Country' rituals. It has turned into a meaningless, corporate tick-a-box exercise performed by virtue-signalling elites who do not actually care about our people. It does absolutely nothing to fix real grassroots issues such as youth crime, health, and education. This empty tokenism makes politicians and major corporations feel good while dividing regular Australians. Real culture is not a corporate script or a performance before a football match. We must drop the superficial ceremonies and focus on practical solutions that genuinely help people. 🇦🇺 This one here is all fake 👇

According to Sharia law, women who have sex outside of marriage should be stoned to death. This includes victims of rape. All practicing Muslims in the West believe in Sharia, but they don’t openly say it now because they are still a minority. Once they become the majority, they will try to enforce it. Wake up before it is too late!
