I've had a rough week sleeping. Today I was forgetting everything. I apologized to my Ss. One kid said,"My grandma forgets things too". That child is no longer my favorite. Another child said,"Mrs. Pierce is young. She's not a grandma".That child is now my favorite. #teacherlife

At recess a S was hosting an obstacle course.She didn't have many takers.I asked to be signed up. My running & monkey bars draws a crowd.(Not pretty) More Ss signed up.After tryouts she said "Sorry Mrs.Pierce. You didn't make it."Best rejection ever! @nrayzor
