बिहार के भोजपुर जिले के तरारी थाना क्षेत्र में आठवीं कक्षा के छात्र मोहित राज की हत्या का पुलिस ने खुलासा किया है। पुलिस के अनुसार, मोहित की मां मानती देवी का गांव के ही संतोष कुमार सिंह के साथ कथित प्रेम संबंध था। मोहित इस रिश्ते का विरोध करता था और इसी बात को लेकर घर में अक्सर विवाद होता था।
पुलिस का आरोप है कि मां के इशारे पर संतोष ने अपने दो साथियों के साथ मिलकर मोहित की हत्या कर दी। 27 अक्टूबर की शाम मोहित करथ बाजार के ATM से 6 हजार रुपये निकालकर घर लौट रहा था। अगले दिन उसका शव करथ गांव के पास मिला।
पुलिस ने मां को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है, जबकि उसका कथित प्रेमी और दो अन्य आरोपी फरार हैं। उनकी तलाश में छापेमारी की जा रही है।

अब समय आ गया है कि कुत्ते पालने वालों के लिए लाइसेंस अनिवार्य किया जाए। प्रत्येक पालतू कुत्ते का पंजीकरण, टीकाकरण और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन जरूरी हो। नियम तोड़ने या किसी पर हमला होने की स्थिति में मालिक की जवाबदेही भी तय की जाए।
हर कुत्ता पालने वाले को ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि आप कुत्ते की चाहे जितनी खातिरदारी कर लो, उसे कितना भी लाड़-प्यार कर लो, पर "कुत्ता रहेगा तो कुत्ता ही"। कब कहां किसे अपना शिकार बना दे इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं।

We have witnessed multiple incidents where women create fake incidents and propagate an agenda of being photographed, abused or touched inappropriately.
And then the truth comes out!
Kerala bus case – Deepak died by suicide after a woman posted a video accusing him of sexual misconduct. Police examined CCTV footage, which reportedly showed no objectionable behaviour. The woman was booked for abetment of suicide.
Delhi flight case – A woman accused a fellow passenger of molestation. Richa Chadha amplified the allegation with “Make him famous”. The Delhi High Court subsequently pulled her up for amplifying unverified allegations and ordered defamatory posts to be removed.

How many more men will have to face public humiliation, character assassination and social-media trials before anyone starts asking questions?
Is public transport becoming a hunting ground for viral content at the cost of innocent men’s dignity?

One of the biggest problems in our society is that whenever a woman accuses a man of inappropriate touching, molestation, or secretly recording her, the social media mob rushes to label him a predator, monster, or criminal without knowing the facts. Nobody waits for an investigation or cares to hear the other side.

An individual's reputation was damaged before the facts could be fully established. Who will take responsibility for such consequences?
If an allegation is genuine, the offender must face the law. But if someone deliberately makes false allegations, they must also be held accountable.
Equal rights must mean equal accountability. No one is above the law, and no innocent person should be condemned by social media without evidence.

Kerala High Court suspends the Additional District Judge after his Minor Son's Fatal Mercedes Benz Crash 🚨
Kochi City Police booked the judge under Section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act, concerning an owner's or guardian's responsibility when a juvenile commits a motor-vehicle offence. The Kerala High Court had permitted the police to proceed against him. The case was transferred to the District Crime Branch amid questions about the initial police response and the release of the teenager on station bail.
The Juvenile Justice Board granted bail to the 17-year-old after he was taken into custody again. Police said they would approach the Sessions Court seeking cancellation of that bail.
The case stems from Jayabalakrishnan, a 55-year-old roadside eatery owner returning home after work when the fatal collision occurred by the 17 year old son of District Court Judge. His death has left his family grieving and demanding answers.
The central demand remains equal treatment under the law. The victim's family deserves a thorough investigation, transparent handling of the evidence and a fair opportunity to seek justice. The judicial position of a parent should neither shield anyone from lawful scrutiny nor be treated as proof of wrongdoing.

My laptop order has been stuck in your delivery nightmare since October 15. Today is October 26, and this is what your so-called service looks like:
📅 Oct 15: Scheduled for delivery. Nobody showed up.
📅 Oct 16: Agent arrived but refused to let me switch on the laptop to check its screen. The laptop was taken back.
📅 Oct 17: Delivery agent reportedly said: "I will not deliver it because it's a costly laptop!"
📅 Oct 19: Marked out for delivery. Nobody arrived.
📅 Oct 19: I visited the E-kart hub personally. The manager assured me it would be delivered. It wasn't.
📅 Oct 21: I visited AGAIN. This time, I was told the manager was absent and they couldn't hand over an expensive product.
☎️ Customer care? Endless calls. The same robotic response: "We're working on it. We'll deliver ASAP." 🤡

I called your Customer Care, and they clearly told me: "You MUST turn on the laptop and check the screen. If you accept a damaged screen, we will not do anything or refund you."

After 60 hours, my first UPI payment of ₹1,400 was finally confirmed. The cab driver received it too.
He ended up receiving ₹2,800 for a ₹1,400 ride.
When I asked him to refund the extra ₹1,400, he said:
Sir, kahi jaana hoga toh bataiyega. Free rahunga toh aapko drop kar dunga. Abhi paise toh nahi hain.
Instead of returning my money, he offered me a free ride someday, as if he were doing me a favour.
This is why people with this mindset struggle to succeed in life. They may earn money, but they fail to earn trust.
Would you ever trust such a person again?
Today, I booked a cab, and the fare was ₹1,400.
When I reached my destination, I paid through Google Pay. The money was deducted from my bank account, but the transaction got stuck on Processing.
I told the driver, please wait, the payment is still processing and will reach you. But he refused, saying he couldn’t trust anyone.
Since I was getting late, I had to pay another ₹1,400.
Now, if the first payment also reaches his account, I’ll have paid ₹2,800 for a ₹1,400 ride. And what if he refuses to return my money? I don’t even know how I’ll find him.
Banks and UPI services need to fix this. Customers shouldn’t have to pay twice because a transaction is stuck in processing.

His 17-years old son crashed his luxury car, which killed 55-years old man.
Judges do not follow laws in the court. Why will they follow elsewhere?
Another fatal luxury car crash that killed a scooterist in Kerala by a 17 year old, son of District Judge ⚠️
Victim's Niece was told,

The accident occurred at around 2:20 AM to 3:00 AM at Cheranalloor in Kochi. A speeding luxury Mercedes-Benz car, registered under the name of the additional judge, rammed into a scooter from behind. The scooter rider, 55-year-old Jayabalakrishnan of Manjali, was killed. He was a local street vendor returning home after closing his wayside eatery (thattukada) near a temple in Chittoor.
The 17-year-old minor, who does not possess a driving license, reportedly took the car out for a night drive. He was speeding at 100km/hr while the crash occured as per reports. The victim's niece JAYALAKSHMI claims that the accused was not shown to them at the police station and Kerala police insisted them to not get emotionally driven by this incident as if this isn't a big loss at all. The father of the 17 year old accused who is a district court judge spoke rudely at the police station asking them not to teach him law as per Jayalakshmi's claim.
The central issue is the loss of a human life. Jayabalakrishnan's family has suffered an irreversible loss, and the circumstances surrounding his death must be investigated thoroughly. The victim and his family deserve justice, while the investigation and any subsequent legal proceedings must establish responsibility on the basis of evidence rather than influence, status or public speculation.
