Gen. Masemola | his first urgent and tactical move should be to appoint Gen. Mkhwanazi as DNC for Crime Detection. Appoint Lt. Col Khumalo into the role vacated by Shibiri. Then appoint Major General Jabu Khumalo as PC KZN. Find something for Hawks Nkosi. Now we talking.

IEC vs ANC "Submit as final" button It seems to me that the button itself acknowledges that the submission was made, the bone is "as final". Is the IEC not being over the top with this when in reality they actually have ALL the required information/documents. Substance ??

#MadlangaCommission The Commission needs to call a number of people like Maumela & others. But there is none I want to hear more than Gen. Dimpane & if she is never called I unfortunately will have serious reservations. Does anybody know why she has not been called yet ?

#MadlangaCommission The Ntuli vs Sibanyoni issue : My understanding is that the 30% is a condition imposed on the main contractor not a cascading condition for subcontractors. Mr. Ntuli was already a subcontractor to King Civils. Can someone clear this for me ?

#MadlangaCommission I think it is safe to say Gen. Masemola will be FIRED soon. The ANC can't reverse that constitutional finding now & CR will have to act on it. Exactly their plan. It's water under the bridge. The question now is what do we do about all of this ?

So the ANC is now afraid to proceed with firing Gen. Masemola despite the constitutional finding ! So they have now opted to go back to the original plan of keeping him out of office through the courts using Adams. Interesting !

#MadlangaCommission Joe Sibanyoni was properly moered today and questions were flying over his head ! One of those questions was the one about the records for the 30% for it to be of any value. He said it was not his concern, the other side says this was extortion.

We today run the risk of misdiagnosing what our real issue is and we cannot afford this ! Do our laws not have enough safeguards for every possible outcome and if they do why did they not kick in ? How is it that IDAC could abuse it's authority in the manner it did ?

Head of IDAC had a boss whose job it was to make sure there is no abuse of authority throughout the NPA. Batohi deliberately ignoring the law & allowing Johnson to do as she pleased is not going to be cured by any Madlanga recommendations. Seems to me our problem is PEOPLE.

Months ago I said interaction between Mchunu and Sibiya needs to be monitored ! I hear they were raided at the same time and gadgets taken. I repeat, Mchunu was primarily protecting Sibiya & by extension the cartels.

There is a very important detail that we are not sufficiently covering in this scenario ! In my view Gen. Sibiya is the PRIMARY person being protected by Mchunu & consequently the cartels. I wish there could be more focus on any & all interaction between Sibiya & Mchunu.
