Resist the urge to follow this advice. The market will decide what product wins. Copy what works, and then copy more, then iterate or customize. Everything you use today is probably a copied version of an earlier product. Henry ford invented the car, but thanks to multiple car companies and competition, we have better cars. They did not seat on the sideline and say the car was already invented by someone else so they can’t participate. They built nonetheless. Same with AI, open ai launched the ai chat interface and other companies jumped on to build their own models, doing the same thing as openAI. They didn't seat it out. Same with the phone, social media apps, food delivery apps and everyother thing you use on a daily. Most of the founders you admire didn’t invent the products that made them successful, their version of the product won because the market chose it. So, if you believe you have a chance to compete and win, do it and let no one tell you otherwise.
