Leadership in cleaning is about heart, not hierarchy.
It’s patience, empathy, showing up for your team.
At UWE, I’ve found a safe space to grow and lead with kindness. Grateful to be part of something that sees the value in invisible work.

“If you build it, they will come.”—applies to wildlife ponds too! We made 3 ponds & got it wrong every time, too shallow, too shady, no shelves… but wildlife moved in anyway! 🐸#ponds
No pumps, no filters, just plants & nature doing its thing. Hedgehogs & foxes & cats visit ❤️

Cleaning a university and rewilding a garden have more in common than you’d think!
Both create spaces where life thrives—whether it’s students & staff or bees & hedgehogs. #cleaning #TeamUWE #Rewilding #Thrive #cleaningindustry #wildlifegarden 🦋🌻🐝🐕🐸👩🎓🧑🏿🎓🏢
