Now this is the third attempt to set fire to facilities storing Starlink communications equipment in Europe, following incidents in Poland and Bulgaria. Two succeeded, while the latest attempt in Lithuania was prevented after security was strengthened.
🇱🇹 BREAKING: Lithuania says an attempt was made overnight to set fire to a company storing Starlink communications equipment used by Ukraine, in an incident Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius has linked to Russia’s suspected hybrid warfare campaign against Europe. The attempted arson took place at around 2 a.m. According to Sinkevičius, the company had already been warned by Lithuanian security services about possible attacks, prompting it to strengthen security at the site. The attempt was ultimately prevented, and incendiary liquids were found at the scene in containers ranging from 3 to 5 litres, as well as a 10-litre canister. The company supports nine Starlink satellite antennas used by Ukraine, making the facility relevant to communications supporting Kyiv. Lithuanian officials have confirmed that the incident is under investigation. Police Commissioner General Arūnas Paulauskas said officers worked through the night collecting evidence and examining the scene. No suspects have been detained so far, and the company’s operations were not disrupted. Any damage is believed to be minimal.

Warning: Offensive language Reform UK MP for Runcorn and Helsby Sarah Pochin has said her party ‘excludes you if you’re a woman’ and that Reform has a ‘male issue’. The comments were made as part of an undercover investigation inside Reform UK’s political operation that has found senior party officials saying they have to “defend the indefensible”, with Nigel Farage told he was “protecting” one Reform candidate from being sacked for allegedly racist views. ITV Exposure gained unprecedented access to Reform’s Westminster headquarters, sending in an undercover reporter inside the party in January 2026, where she worked as a press officer. She secretly recorded conversations between Reform officials as they dealt with multiple accusations of racism by Reform councillors and candidates. Sarah Pochin did not respond to our request for a comment. Watch ‘Undercover: A Year in Reform’ on ITV1 & ITVX from 10:20pm on Sunday

A Reform UK official has shared advice on how to pass party vetting by deleting social media posts supporting Tommy Robinson. It's part of an undercover investigation inside Reform UK’s political operation that has found senior party officials saying they have to “defend the indefensible”, with Nigel Farage told he was “protecting” one Reform candidate from being sacked for allegedly racist views. Reform UK told us: "Not all individuals covertly recorded by ITV are members of Reform UK. Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed. "Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations. "There is no room for racism in Reform UK. We always respect due process of investigations and whilst these are ongoing it would not be appropriate to comment on individual cases." Watch ‘Undercover: A Year in Reform’ on ITV1 & ITVX from 10:20pm on Sunday

Quite a few people have sent me the "Passkeys are a trap. Do not use them." post on Substack. The post recommends people abandon passkeys and stick to passwords + TOTP, citing what appears to be concerns with attestation as the primary reason. I’ve written a rebuttal as this is really dangerous advice and it's based on some incorrect technical claims. scotthelme.co.uk/passkeys-ar…

JAMES BOND FANS, THIS OPENING SCENE WAS PURE CINEMA! 🔥🎬 Bilbao, Spain, became the backdrop for one of the most memorable stunts in The World Is Not Enough. Before the story even gets going, 007 reminds everyone why James Bond is a legend! 💥 👇 Be honest: Can today’s action movies match the thrill of classic James Bond, or was the golden era of action films simply better? 🍿
