Turning down work is scary, especially when you know we could all use more $. But if you're already finding yourself strapped for time with your commitments, adding one more thing to your plate is going to be so much worse for your well-being. The $ isn't always worth it.

The next time an opportunity comes up that challenges you or scares you a bit, lean into it. Even if it doesn't work out, the experience will remind you that you can push past what you thought was your "safe zone" & still make it out stronger and more equipped for the next one
