Heute haben wir Melike Akbaş in München begraben. Sie wurde nur 15 Jahre alt. Gestorben ist sie auf der Flucht in ein besseres Leben. Ihr Wunsch war es hier zu studieren. Als sie nach tausenden Kilometern angekommen zu sein glaubte, starb sie auf einem Güterbahnhof bei München.

Out on my training ride I met a ca 9 year old kid that was cycling home from a friend and we had the nicest chat for 2 or 3 miles. He recommended me a hill for climbing training – the ramp to the overpass at the local train station. A true Brandenburg local.
