The RESIL-Card tool provides European hospital cardiovascular professionals with a structured roadmap to measure and improve the preparedness of their cardiovascular care pathway, thereby ensuring the continuity of care for CVD patients at all times, especially during crises. By building more resilient systems, the tool with contribute to improving integrated and patient-centred care. The RESIL-Card tool will be made available mid-March 2026.
