Roblox has updated their Terms of Service once again, removing the entirety of the newly added clause that allowed account termination for misrepresenting your sign-up country.
Roblox's new Terms of Service allow Roblox to ban you for signing up for your account under a country you did not actually sign up in.
Previously, the new Terms of Service had also stated that they may terminate users who access Roblox predominantly outside of the country their account was created in, before this clause was entirely removed from the Terms of Service earlier today.

Somewhere in remote Siberia, a deceased Roblox developer’s bot that has been continually refreshing the Roblox profile since 2016 got really lucky rn and bought this before I could 💔🥀
Shedletsekkar just released as a new Limited U with 20 stock for 2,000,000 Robux. It already sold out.
This was the first Limited U in a very long time. Hopefully Roblox does more of them!
