I can't think of too many better birthday presents this year than SAG-AFTRA winning their strike 🎉🥳🎉 #SagAftraStrong

More lame tactics to try to divide a strong union on strike. I feel like I’m being forced to watch a rerun of a show I hated the first time.
The most transparent piece of bullshit you've heard to date... 👏 CALL 👏 THAT👏 BLUFF👏
Studios will reportedly stop negotiating with SAG-AFTRA until January unless they get a deal in the next week.
This is a tactic by studios to put pressure on the union to take a deal. SAG can wait for the deal they deserve as long as it takes.

Killers Of The Flower Moon a WOW. Get this: Screenwriter Eric Roth (78), cowriter/director Scorsese (80), book by David Grann (56). Btw DeNiro is 80. Writers KNOW best writing happens at a later age just when they often age out. More skills/life experiences. Hire older writers!

In theory, this is lovely and I applaud our top-earners for wanting to help. But if I’m understanding this correctly, this is essentially our own members bailing out the studios.
THEY ARE MULTIBILLION DOLLAR CORPORATIONS.
THEY CAN AND SHOULD PAY US.
THIS IS NOT HARD.

It feels very hard to celebrate anything right now in this world climate. But I'm going to choose to take the tiny win of my first produced movie dropped its first trailer. youtu.be/33AqED4jMjE
I've seen this conspiracy post going around. Follow @Shayan86 to sift through some of the disinformation from bad actors on all sides.

Bill Maher is now using his platform to support the genocidal mass slaughter of Palestinians. So here's that time he was utterly destroyed and humiliated on his own show:

I spent a decade with disturbing images and accounts because it was my job. That was before internet videos and phones created this portable hell for us. If you don't need to watch atrocities, please just don't. If you do, this is good advice.

All reasonable, sane people think the murder of any children is heinous and abominable. The Netanyahu government and its supporters in Western media and elected office don't: They are very explicit that only the killing of one group of kids is to be condemned and prevented.
Israel told civilians to flee north Gaza, then bombed one of the only roads south: "The video, recorded along Salah Al-Deen road, shows bodies, including several young children, strewn along the road as black smoke rises from vehicles engulfed in flames." washingtonpost.com/world/202…

This is Iyas, 9, who lives at the Mubarat Al Rehmat children's centre in Gaza City. He is blind, non-verbal and has hypotonia. He and 26 other kids are trapped there with just 2 people caring for them. The director: "there is no safe passage and we can't move the children anyway"
