The long nightmare is over. My album “Squint” has been restored to Spotify, Apple Music, etc. Birds are singing, children are dancing, and all of (sock) heaven rejoices. Why was it ever removed? I have no idea? Why has it reappeared? I have no idea.

It will never not be funny that U2 has a secret 5th member. He’s been with them for over 20 years. They keep him under the stage. His name is TERRY

Man I love how my dog thoroughly smells any treat I give her before she eats it. Trust but verify

My only Dolly Parton story: my dad was a weekend engineer at one of Birmingham's R&B/soul stations (WENN-FM) in the early 80s. One day, the DJ didn't show, so my dad subbed in. At some point, he played "9 to 5." Great song; wrong format. He wasn't on the air again after that. 😅

I miss Creedence Clearwater Revival. We don't have a lot of guys who pronounce "burning" like "boinin'" anymore

“Is the world fundamentally sad, with laughter being merely a narcotic escape? Or is the world fundamentally hilarious and laughter breaks the shackles of sadness for a moment to let you taste reality as it truly is?” – Matt Howell, In On The Joke

Was listening to music and my Alexa started stuttering and then stopped playing. Is there an outage at the NSA?

Contemporary people tend to examine the Bible, looking for things they can’t accept; but Christians should allow the Bible to examine us, looking for things God can’t accept. Then the sweet grace offered, the beauty of his love, will mean more.

I went birding in the mountains yesterday at a popular spot. I was sitting on a rock when I felt a puff of breath on the back of my neck. I turned to see if it was another birder. Nope. Just a black bear sniffing me. I didn't freak out. I even managed to take several photos!

I love using the ESV Bible app on my iPad to read God’s Word, but it’s pretty weird when your Bible rings and beside the number it says “Potential Spam”

I just want all the PCA folks to know that even the Stated Clerk is intimidated by the paperwork process to get a drivers license and vehicle tag.

Trauma stories do not first come out with a beginning, middle, and end. They come out in broken pieces, disordered and perhaps unclear.

The White Horse Inn (from @solamediaorg) has been so helpful in my theological development for decades. This episode (from their Nicea series) absolutely nails the error that has pervaded “complementarian” churches. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…
