Here's what's new in volume 002.
1) Patched Agentic Aiden calendar connector: calendar event creation with Aiden now handles dates, times, attendees, and confirmations more consistently.
2) More reliable maps across Prospector and RealReports: Location maps now render consistently in printed RealReports and searches, saved views, and geolocation now land on and preserve the correct map area on Prospector more reliably.
3) Improved Prospector mailing-labels: Owner names, trusts, and legal entities are now displayed as well as an optional “or Current Resident” line.
4) RealCMA photos dynamically update: comp and subject property photo galleries are refreshed as new MLS photos sync, instead of relying on stale static copies.

Its coming down to the wire at the end of the year. We have three days (2.5) left to reach $19 billion in residential sales. There was a little uptick (the green arrow) last year (the red line) so we're watching to see what happens. We also expect sales to be reported throughout January so we will not close the door on 2025 stats for a few weeks.
