UPDATE on new FEDERAL sex crime charge against East Texas teacher/coach Derek Peveto.
Peveto, 46 and married, was indicted for producing child sexual abuse material.
Penalty: 15-30 years in federal prison.
CSAM showed him “engaging in sexual intercourse” with a 16-year-old Hardin-Jefferson ISD girl in his pickup truck. In Texas, that’s statutory rape.
Peveto was arrested in June on state charges—including CSAM promotion, sexual assault, and bigamy—and remains in Jefferson County Jail… texasscorecard.com/local/coa…
Peveto had just been hired by Jasper ISD after coaching a year at HJISD… and three other districts before that just since 2018. 🚩

Mundelein Police arrested Dagoberto “Dago” Diaz following an investigation into the alleged unauthorized recording of a minor student. Diaz worked as a teacher at Carl Sandburg Middle School and as the junior varsity volleyball coach at Mundelein High School. He has been charged with one felony count. Kayvon H. Emtiaz has been sentenced to 6 years in prison.
He's a former choir & theater teacher in the Avon School District (Indiana) who filmed himself masturbating in his classroom and sent the videos to minor girls.
He solicited several 13-year-olds & told the young girls that he was a “28yo naughty teacher who fantasizes about his students all of the time.”
He was originally reported for downloading CP on Snapchat.

He solicited multiple 13-year-old girls through social media, telling them he was a “naughty teacher who fantasizes about his students all the time.”
He saved some of the footage he got from the underage girls to use while having his sick 🤢 fantasies.
