WTF?
So @Verizon chat support is the worst. Every response sent takes 6min for a reply, which is usually not helpful or too broken English to understand. 35min in and I'm nowhere. I pay too much a month for such terrible support.
This may have taken me the better part of my 20s and half my 30s to learn. Still learning at some levels.
