These studies will inform ministries and institutions on how to build secure, inclusive, and future-ready systems. With BRIN’s national mandate and Mandala’s infrastructure, Indonesia is well positioned to set standards for digital identity and AI-driven governance in emerging markets.

This was one of my favorite lectures since joining the crypto space.
No flash. No fugazi. Just @gavofyork delivering thought-provoking commentary on Trust vs. Truth and how to build societies that empower high-agency individuals.
Because if we want to give ourselves the best chance of navigating complex choices, as a species, in an age of information overload and AI slop, we need to hone the skill of critical thinking (the Philosopher) and taking action (the Soldier).
(My) takeaways:
- It's important to recognize and move from trust-based to truth-based systems - especially for decisions critical to the general population
- The societal contracts we live under (consciously or unconsciously) often limit individual agency (this varies greatly depending on where you live)
- Less agency = less ability to think critically, reason logically, and make sound decisions.
- The only way to overcome low agency at scale is education reform; teaching first principles, debate, clear communication, and other core skills that enable high-agency thinking.
This was an intimate setting w/ around 60 Indonesian Policy Makers taking a week-long class with @AcademyPolkadot. It was great to see the lively discussions afterwards during the q&a. This is one of those talks that lingers with you afterwards, in the best way.

TL;DR about the large scale malware attack taking place and what we know so far
How it steals funds:
- Clipboard swap: Pastes a fake address that looks almost identical to the real one.
- Tx interception: Hijacks your wallet to change the recipient before you even see the confirmation.
Seems to be affecting BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, LTC, BCH.
How to Protect yourself:
- Scrutinize EVERY character of the recipient address on your final confirmation screen
- Avoid tx's altogether until a fix is confirmed by reputable outlets

🚨 There’s a large-scale supply chain attack in progress: the NPM account of a reputable developer has been compromised. The affected packages have already been downloaded over 1 billion times, meaning the entire JavaScript ecosystem may be at risk.
The malicious payload works by silently swapping crypto addresses on the fly to steal funds.
If you use a hardware wallet, pay attention to every transaction before signing and you're safe.
If you don’t use a hardware wallet, refrain from making any on-chain transactions for now.
It’s still unclear whether the attacker is also stealing seeds from software wallets directly at this stage.
