Just asked @Bot to hook into my DMs. Voice calls + better memory of past chats is exactly the combo I needed for keeping things moving without switching apps.
Spent the day on the mill, then came home and opened the laptop.
One world is metal, tooling, and getting the part right the first time.
The other is code, models, and trying to ship something that actually works.
They feel different, but the skill is the same:
you only get better by doing the thing.
AI makes the second world faster.
It doesn’t replace the first one.
Still early.
Still learning both.
Still building.

Somewhere there is a guy using the exact same wallet he bought in 2004.
It is mostly receipt dust at this point.

We’re entering a new era of computing.
AI is becoming the interface.
Chips are becoming specialized.
Devices are becoming more intelligent.
Software is moving closer to the hardware.
The most exciting part?
We’re still early.
The next decade won’t just be about faster computers, it’ll be about machines that can perceive, reason, adapt, and work alongside us.
AI. Robotics. Silicon. Operating systems.
There has never been a better time to learn how computers actually work, and start building.

The event, Grok Bot Galaxy, also includes live demos and hands-on sessions with the Grok Bot team, covering engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support and use cases for founders.
You can join online or attend sessions in San Francisco. Registration is required for both. 👇
Starlink Mobile is about to take a MASSIVE leap
SpaceX CFO Bret Johnsen just gave the clearest timeline yet for next-generation Direct-to-Device:
• New satellites start launching in 2027
• Built largely on the Starlink V3 satellite bus
• Service targeted for H1 2028
• Designed for full 5G-quality service directly from space
• Global roaming
• No traditional mobile dead zones
Today, Starlink Mobile is mainly about messaging and lighter connectivity
The next generation is being built to feel like a real mobile network.....except the cell towers are moving through space
And SpaceX already has serious spectrum behind it
The FCC approved SpaceX’s acquisition of roughly 65 MHz of EchoStar spectrum for its next-generation U.S. Direct-to-Device network
That spectrum is expected to take Starlink from basic satellite connectivity toward reliable mobile voice and data
Normal smartphones, 5G-quality connectivity, Global roaming.......Coverage almost anywhere
Today, Starlink fills the gaps where cell towers disappear
The next generation is being built to make those gaps disappear
