Meanwhile there are hundreds of crypto scams and adware garbage that happily lives on the App Store without a care in the world, a simple language learning app with basic ads and almost no user tracking however needs months of back and forth e-mail and days between verifications.
By the way, it has been live on the Google Play store for months, no issue there.
