That is exactly the problem: academia does not respect talent. It retroactively declares the people who survive decades of gatekeeping talented, regardless of whether they ever produced anything original.
Much of biomedical research is controlled by a small cohort of baby-boomer faculty and the protégés who learned to reproduce their assumptions. They control grants, journals, departments, hiring, and the narratives fed to university administrators. The system selects for conformity and patronage, then relabels the outcome merit.
Truly talented people refuse to wait until they turn 60 for permission to establish a career. They leave, conform and lose their ingenuity, or are pushed out. Entire areas of life science have stagnated because the system preserved its survivors while losing much of its talent.
Padahal ada banyak cara menu MBG yang tidak perlu operasional mahal. Kayak misal susu kotak, telur rebus, pisang dan snack. Itu udah cukup, minim masak dan protein terpenuhi.
