Having taste is easy. Making things with taste, consistently, is hard. That’s true for crafts, campaigns, and the tools we build especially with ai. The small details most people won’t notice are usually the ones that make something feel right.

ai slop isn't a word problem. it's a model problem everyone's building banned word lists and that just creates a meta-slop. the model always picks the most likely next words. training pushes it even harder to the middle. so by default it writes the average of everything it ever read so i built the opposite. two skills, kill-slop and anti-slop. you feed it your real writing first, and if you don't, it refuses to judge anything. public repo here: github.com/aixarizzo/kill-sl…

If any international medical teams, NGOs, or hospitals responding to the Venezuela earthquake need a Spanish ↔ English interpreter or translator, I'm available to help. Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English. I can assist with patient-clinician interpretation, medical document translation, and communication/informational support, remotely or on-site if needed. Please DM me if I can help or if you know someone coordinating international response efforts.

best engineers I know are using it - and yes, they're my friends, but they know game try it out on your next run
models vanish overnight now - they're banned, degraded, deprecated. you don't control which one you'll have tomorrow. so put the final say somewhere it can't be taken away: your own tests.

I'm fascinated by this level of existential crisis developers seem to be going through. The uncomfortable truth is nobody needs you to be an artisan coder. Nobody cares about how you coded your app, or whether you feel an emotional attachment to your craft. You were always code monkey with a high enough salary to believe that your individualist craftsmanship matters to anyone. It doesn't matter to anyone but you. Not your employer, not your customer. Nobody cares about how you made the product. Nobody cares about your attachment to your process. You're experiencing the same as countless other artisans have experienced in the last century. I'm happy for you. You were starting to believe that you're a demigod amongst mortals. You're not. A machine is better than you. Now you're free.

You go see the film. That’s the thing. It’s a whole thing. It’s there and that is it.
