The ability to perform reps of chin-ups and pull-ups is a good indicator of some decent upper body strength and not too high body fat percentage 🙌 For men I usually like to get to the point where these are loaded for reps 💪 For female golfers, who often find adding mass + strength tougher through the upper body, a few reps bodyweight is a great starting point 👌  As shown here by client Ella this afternoon 😁

Med ball shot put testing with @mason_ella using @movefactorx 😎🚀 If you’re going to throw or slam med balls, jump or perform speed swings, you need to do so with MAX intent 👊 Otherwise you’re missing out on potential transfer over to performance ⛳️

Good to catch up with @mason_ella before she heads back to college in 🇺🇸 Strength + power all progressing nicely ahead of the season kicking off next month 🙌⛳️💪

Been great helping @mason_ella over last couple months before she heads back to 🇺🇸 end of the month for college⛳️🏋️‍♀️💪
