🚨JUST IN: Oregon sanctuary rules under Democrat Governor Tina Kotek kept RELEASING an ILLEGAL ALIEN convicted child s*x offender AFTER he reoffended — even after ICE asked for him.
Victor Soseia Hachipan, illegal alien from Micronesia, was convicted of S*X ABUSE of a child under 14 — plus meth, burglary, and failing to register as a s*x offender. ICE lodged a detainer in 2021. Marion County REFUSED it and released him. He REOFFENDED in 2023. They released him AGAIN. ICE later subpoenaed his location. The county REFUSED again under the sanctuary law. Agents needed a federal judge to force the info. They arrested him October 7 in Keizer.
Kotek’s policies protected the PREDATOR. The CHILD paid the price.
