Do not ask my group to volunteer time for a task that should be compensated for, especially, if my group is the only one you asked. It's highly sexist to ask non cis males to volunteer when you didn't ask cis males to.
@WiDS_Conference Can you add those who don't identify as a particular gender to your intro? I'm non-binary helping to coordinate the DC version of this conference.
