Taken after this mornings workout. Another year of trying to keep the fat off, and I’ve “mostly” 😂 achieved it. We all need a bit of surplus for winter warmth anyway don’t we 😂 For someone in their early 50’s I’m happy with my body, far from perfect but good enough. 😊

Came up on my memories: 17/05/2019 In the pub in Appleby, having JUST finished the Cumberland Way , we covered around 100 miles from Ravenglass to Appleby in 7 days. As you can see the weather was amazing as we traversed the Lake District, check my tan out 😂

Gutted for Hearts, I’m not a fan but have seen they’ve been top for almost the entire season and they will always feel robbed by that disgusting penalty decision at Motherwell on Wednesday. Hope they come back stronger next season.

A chilled morning, a few jobs to do, then feet up and watching the FA cup final with my dad, there’s a few beers chilling in the fridge for that 🍺 No idea this evening, it’ll be spontaneously amazing I’m sure, or maybe not. Have a good one all 😊

Wish list for today. Hearts to win the SPL, because Celtic’s monotony is really boring now. Man City to win the FA cup, still the best team in the country on their day. Australia to win Eurovision, because it’s crazy they’re even in it and it would be funny. 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Just watched a play offs retro game on sky sports, we beat chesterfield 3-0 at Deepadale and 1-0 away, then beat Swindon 4-0 at Wembley. Jermaine Beckford, scored 6 goals in those play offs including a hat trick at Wembley, I forget how good he was for us.

Give Southampton a fine and move on, everything now is dragged out, with inquiries about inquiries🤷🏼‍♂️😂 At the end of the day supporters need to start making arrangements for a game that’s in 8 days. The average fan will lose out in this again.

I already had my flights booked to Geneva for my Tour de Mont Blanc hike in August. ✈️ Just now I’ve completed my flight bookings for my Winter Baltics/ Scandinavia trip in November. Out to Vilnius and return from Stockholm ✈️ Things to look forward to. 😎
