Thanks Brendan Donovan for everything at the Cardinals. Great player and a great team guy. Hope he has a great season for the Mariners.

Off to watch @AEW Holiday Bash at Co-op Live tomorrow. Asked my daughter this morning who she was looking forward to seeing. The answer was "@TheDonCallis Family and the guy who flips everyone off" @rainmakerXokada 😂

Congratulations to @NUFC and their fans. That trophy has been a long time coming, but hugely well deserved today. Enjoy the win and the post-match party!

The Mets Philles game is fantastic, but Felix White ruins the UK coverage again with his awful commentary. Makes for a painful listen.

A fantastic @Paralympics hosted so well by Paris. @ParalympicsGB have done the whole country proud and thanks to the excellent @C4Paralympics coverage to allow us to get close to all of the action. #ParalympicGames2024

Is that Ray bloody Purchase with the Paralympic torch? Toast will be livid.

Derrick was part of the US Paralympic Wheelchair Rugby team at @London2012 when I was one of the Games Makers at the tournament. A great person and part of a tremendous team. Give him a follow!

Going to get the daughter preparing for the #Olympics Brisbane in 2032. What are we short of @TeamGB? I was thinking of getting her started with a bit of throwing. Name the event and we'll get her involved. 🏅

Time to get excited for @ParalympicsGB now.

Best of luck @LA28 - those 4 years will fly by. #Olympics2028LA

The #Olympics have had their quirky French moments at the opening and closing, but it has been a great celebration of sport overall. Some iconic locations and plenty of stories of success and heroic failure. Merci Paris and roll on the #Paralympics2024

As well as the BBC coverage of the @Olympics I’m looking forward to @MrT and his Olympic thoughts. Always a passionate supporter of sport!

Absolutely love the @Olympics Eyes glued to the TV for a few weeks. Good to see honorary Brit @MJGold back on the BBC coverage. #Olympics

#EricMorecambe would have been 98 today. To celebrate, here is 7 minutes of absolute joy.

An absolutely brilliant concert yesterday, showcasing the talent of many young musicians in Lancashire. Thanks to @LancsMusic and @BirmCons LEAP for giving them all this opportunity.

Disney fans are a loyal bunch, who throw a lot of money in the direction of the mouse and friends. I must commend them on finally finding the price point where they actively turn fans away. Disney+ more than doubled in price within 4 years and going up £30 / 37.5% year on year.

Topps Chrome Disney100 box has just arrived. Just need to decide whether to open it or not…

It’s that time of the year again, it’s #dartmas and time for the @OfficialPDC World Darts Championship. Time to crack out the @Stevebeaton180 photo and wish him a great tournament.

So sad to hear of the passing of Andre Braugher. A superb classical actor who also had an amazing talent for comedy. A final salute for Captain Holt. “Nine-Nine!”

So far this morning, my daughter has sent me three gifs of The Rock, with each calling me a Jabroni. How’s your day starting?
