GAME OFF 🌧️ ❌
We tried everything we could to get it on and 45 minutes ago it was perfectly playable. The weather in the last 30 minutes has sadly ruined it.

never buy insurance through #ticketplan its taken a good few weeks of me sending all my medical notes over/ proof of illness for them to raise a refund. They have only refunded the ticket price and not Refund Promise fee and any transaction or delivery charges are non-refundable

Absolute disgrace. Booked last month for my mums 80th. Can't get there because of a National strike announced today and get told this by ticketplan. How was this known before today? @boxofficelondon what on Earth is this?

1/2: Shameful ‘refund’ policy by #ticketplan
Got our 25th wedding anniversary trip to London planned next week, theatre tickets booked & paid for before rail strike announced, but they won’t cover that because the strike is now known about ahead of the show/strike date…
No don’t honestly. #ticketplan ticket rip off if anything goes wrong.
We’ve partnered with #TicketPlan Refund Protection to allow you to purchase your theatre tickets with confidence. Apply when booking your tickets (T&C Apply).

We've been stung by this #TicketPlan. Can't go to an event at @KewGardens because of the rail strikes, and even though we bought their additional Refund Promise protection, they're refusing to refund us. With money tight for everyone, it's an especially sleazy move. A scandal.
