Every day in almost every newspaper around the country, alarmists claim the property market is:
- Falling
- Steady
- Growing
The reality is, every suburb is doing something different.
I’ve analysed 440 Sydney suburbs and it’s mixed bag. Some are up and some are down.
The real concern I have is how is a home buyer to understand what’s happening in the suburb their looking to buy in?
Do they offer more, do they offer less, do they even make an offer at all.
