I gave up smoking 11 years ago and have vaped for the past 10 years. Before giving up smoking I couldn't manage a flight of stairs without wheezing away. Now I'm running 10k's fairly easily. I wouldn't call vaping safe, but it's definitely a safer alternative to smoking
