Just landed on a @Ryanair from Leeds to Dublin and had the most unprofessional cabin crew. ESP the cabin manager. Bickering with each other, messing about, putting each other off during announcements. They are meant to be there for our safety. It felt like youth club. SHOCKING
Dear @bt_uk - I no longer live at this address, I have attempted to close the account on numerous occasions and you are STILL taking money from my account and messaging me and sending letters to say that I owe.
What does it take these days to ACTUALLY JUST CLOSE AN ACCOUNT?
Dreadful service from @vintedUK and @YodelOnline - different things being said from both parties. And now the seller says it’s completed at his end and he’s received the money…..
The amount of @TLRailUK trains that are cancelled from Finsbury Park to Biggleswade on a weekly basis is laughable. Especially at night when you JUST wanna get home. 😡
A FaceTime from a pal is sometimes all that’s required….

Mary Poppins in any language or on any continent still has the same heart, warmth, humour and deeply moving story. Our Japanese company have all of that and more. What an honour to work with this extraordinary group of people.

Paid for a random lady’s coffee in Nero today.. she went to pay and was in absolute melt down coz her purse wasn’t in her bag.. so I just paid for it.
(She wanted me to walk back to her work with her to check it was there and give me the cash) No babes.
That felt really nice…
