Jayden Daniels left elbow snapping out again is not normal. Players using their hand on the ground to keep themselves up is normal. It's a normal athletic play and his elbow shouldn't hyperextend like that. Is something permanently damaged? I don't know but Washington is in a real dilemma now. You simply can't go through another season where your hoped-for star quarterback misses multiple games again and then not draft another quarterback or get one with starting quarterback potential in free agency during the offseason. And it's going to be time to pull out the checkbook for a massive contract for Daniels. Horrible series at the goal line after a great drive. That injury shouldn't have happened on this drive but would it have happened some other time during the season? Based upon that play and the way it happened, it looks like yes.
