Last week, we joined an excellent session hosted by the @diffleypartners. MD @markdiffley1 shared his insights on polling ahead of next year’s #ScottishElection. We also enjoyed a “rock ’n’ roll” political breakfast with @steverichards14, who gave a fascinating take on the #Westminster bubble.

Listening to @markdiffley1 present fascinating Scottish polling on the mood of the nation and trust in institutions. Trust is fairly low in Scotland. Trust in the courts and judiciary in Scotland is very low – eye-catchingly low – among Scots aged under 30, especially under 25.

Spoke on a panel at @ScotParl this summer about global election trends, and one of the big ones was that in a post Covid environment, incumbents were struggling with subpar economic conditions, real or perceived. I guess the US was not immune to that trend. @markdiffley1
