24+ hours without internet for second time in as many months. No update all day and 25 minutes waiting on hold in the queue @TalkTalk #talktalk #customerservice
The cabbage patch was such a leveller. Why is that even allowed at a tournament like this? #ENG

Order now delayed 3 weeks from @blinds2go . Not willing to discuss compensation until delivery made. Hmmm. No doubt l will be getting the same email next Monday to say delayed by 1 more week… I’d prefer a realistic date for delivery now so I can make a decision whether to cancel

Hi @BritishGasHelp do you answer direct messages? I’ve been messaging without response for over a week asking for a bill
Paying 3 x more for Gas and Electric and seemingly waiting 3 x longer for @BritishGasHelp to respond. Ironically I want a bill!

.@NWLEnviro disappointed with the recycling situation in NWL. I’ve moved less than a mile from Charnwood into the dark ages. A box for this, a bag for that. Not only does it look terrible by the roadside but I’ve had a full box of cans rejected today due to 1(!) stray glass bottle
.@BritishGasHelp I disagree with your estimate of my direct debit, especially with my account already in credit. Message us option app says no agent available, 50 min wait time over the phone. Can you help me?
Charged £78 for car parking that was never booked/confirmed. Spent >1hr on hold on the phone and was told would be refunded in 3-5 days. 7 days later I’m told to complete feedback form and wait 30 days for a response. @manairport I just want my money back.
Brilliant couple of days @LancasterUni for the #CUBOsummerconf . Thank you to the team @jancapperCUBO @sclaytonCUBO + others. Was also nice to be back in the North!
