When lives are on the line, shouldn’t the priority be finding the most qualified people for the job?

ok i did this hack TV ui thing today.
My dad has moderate Alzheimer's. We are moving him into our home this weekend.
He just basically wants to watch his favorite teams all day (Braves and Falcons). We have smart TVs. They are too complex.
Codex built a really simple and beautiful app. 4 buttons in the UI (sports channels only). Even programmed the remote to only go back to menu and change volume.
Incredible use case

Finally, this important question is being put to someone in authority.
What is not being acknowledged is that people who had health care withdrawn and were put on respiratory depressant drugs then PREDICTABLY DIED.
Those deaths were counted as covid deaths.
Debating ex-Tory Minister Sir Michael Ellis on 43,000 Covid care home DEATHS & MIDAZOLAM for @GBNEWS with @MichelleDewbs:
“I am DISGUSTED… out of those that died of Covid, 90% of them died under Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders..when you’re put on one of those placed towards an End of Life Care Pathway.. from 3rd April 2020 until 2021 the..the End of Life Care pathway that the government protocol had adopted was known as NG163… you’re basically given the combination of MIDAZOLAM & and Opioid.. the government’s own website before all of this happened by a month, in March 2020, said that if you place patients on MIDAZOLAM & opioids, to quote, ‘increases the risk of sedation, respiratory depression, coma and DEATH’…the question to you Sir Michael, and you were Attorney General.. did @MattHancock your Health Secretary ignore their own guidelines when using NG163 all the way through this period up until 2021?”

Now, HHS is taking action to catch the disease early and prevent Americans from ending up on dialysis.
“There’s 36 million Americans who don’t know they have kidney disease.”
“And the reforms that we put into place at the United States Preventive Health Services are going to help us start screening more effectively so that Americans know.”
“If we catch kidney disease early, we can prevent it.”
“We can prevent its evolution.”
“We can keep people off of dialysis, which is not a great solution.”

Elon Musk reveals that an ex-Tesla employee who assaulted a woman for stepping on his prayer rug went on to kill three students in Austin.
MUSK: "We had someone who was working at the Tesla factory in Austin until December of last year. He was fired because he assaulted a woman who stepped on his prayer rug in the factory. Okay. So she wasn't expecting anyone to be praying in the factory, and he was praying in the factory. She accidentally stepped on his prayer rug, and he assaulted her. He violently assaulted her. So he was fired for that, and then a few months later, he went and killed three students in a bar in downtown Austin. Now, I think we shouldn't let people like that into the country. Do you?"

The rebuilding we really need addresses that invisible substructure: literacy, the cultivation of habits and manners, respect for tradition, piety toward our ancestors, appreciation of all the sacrifices that have come before, the hard work dating back centuries to bequeath to us peace and prosperity. This is what we have inherited. It must be guarded, cultivated, and passed on to the next generation, along with a profound respect and appreciation for what building a great civilization requires.

This polling was probably funded by Uber to try and make the case that voters don’t want Waymo.
No, voters want autonomy and they want options for how they get around town.
Replying to @AlexKomaDC
I got polled by it. It was a push poll. I believe they asked my opinion of Waymo/AV's, then they said a bunch of bad things about Waymo ("Critics of Waymo say..."), and then asked again my opinion of Waymo/AV's.
Push polls are not reliable.

Hilarious comments section.
Even when Elon offers to giving billions of dollars away to children people still hate him.
There is no rational explanation for this kind of thinking (or lack thereof).
Elon is hated for “hoarding” his wealth, then he is hated for giving away his wealth.
Elon Musk said he plans to give one of his SpaceX shares to each child in the U.S., writing in a social media post that the gift "will be the first of many." cbsn.ws/4i5qNrU

He argued, 'No one in the White House, Senate, House, or judiciary has the will to cut spending,' and claimed that except for a few like Republican Senator Rand Paul, there are virtually no politicians willing to reduce government spending."
