Wrapping up my first week as the new managing broker for Ontario at The Real Brokerage. I’ve been drinking from a firehouse and am insanely impressed with the systems, the training and the people.

At the very height of rush hour, Toronto’s finest pulled over a driver and instead of pulling off the road, 20 ft away, blocked a full lane of traffic for 20+ minutes and created a total traffic nightmare. Come on @TorontoPolice I think we can do better. No?

For my own sanity I have to avoid lakeshore and Jarvis at all costs. The pure stupidity of traffic planners here makes my blood boil. Who thought pinching a 4 lane down to 2 would work better?

I hate to admit this but the traffic and incredible stupidity of some drivers is giving me some serious road rage. I don’t think I should be driving anymore.

Planning fail. After multiple yrs of no street car down Roncy because of @ttcriders and intersection repairs, the Q-K-R intersection is finally open. NOW they starting to rip out all the stops on Roncy. Will have to wait another 6mo to 1 yr for the streetcar. Crazy.

It’s not even summer yet and the city is already closing down roads.

Anyone else feel a deep sense of pride when they use Waze but take different routes and arrive earlier? Yesterday I made up 7 minutes!

The Jarvis Street on and off ramps to/from the Gardiner, will go down as the worst traffic decisions in Toronto’s history, with perhaps the exception of the Eglinton crosstown construction project. On a good day the line up is only 20 minutes long
