Here's my latest interation with @Ryanair, after I tried to check my claim status 1) tried to sell me a flight 2) unable to provide status or share comms about the claim 3) not 1, but 2 agents closed the chat before it was done
4) didn't know the Civil Aviation Authority was the authority in the UK. @askryanair is this a customer experience standard you're happy with? #CustomerService #BadDecisions @RyanairPress
And just like that I went from trying to explain to people what Ramsey Hunt Syndrome was, to now saying “that thing @justinbieber has.” I guess it saves me the slurred soliloquy 😂
