We’ve been continuing to improve how we show links in our AI features in Search, to make it easy for people to click to websites. One of my personal gripes (as the team knows!) is whenever I can’t easily find a link for something I want to go deeper on.
As we’ve continued to iterate, we’re now sending billions of clicks to websites every week through AI features in Search alone. We’re not done with this work – we recently added the ability to connect your subscriptions and select preferred sources, and have more to come!

Shopify is building the foundation for agentic commerce.
Universal Commerce Protocol, which we co-developed with Google, is now live. UCP will make it faster for agents and retailers to integrate.
It’s open by default, so platforms and agents can use UCP to start transacting with any merchant. Major retailers are already using it.
Agents can handle everything from discovery to fulfillment, and support things like discounts, subscriptions, and loyalty programs. We’ve accounted for all types of commerce.

Joint Statement: Apple and Google have entered into a multi-year collaboration under which the next generation of Apple Foundation Models will be based on Google's Gemini models and cloud technology. These models will help power future Apple Intelligence features, including a more personalized Siri coming this year.
After careful evaluation, Apple determined that Google's Al technology provides the most capable foundation for Apple Foundation Models and is excited about the innovative new experiences it will unlock for Apple users. Apple Intelligence will continue to run on Apple devices and Private Cloud Compute, while maintaining Apple's industry-leading privacy standards.

Amidst the massive demand for Gemini 2.5 and Veo 3 models, wanted to also give a big shout out to our world-class infrastructure, chip and SRE teams, who work tirelessly to keep our wonderful TPUs from melting, and without whose incredible work none of this would be possible.
The demand for Veo 3 has been off the charts! Millions of videos have been generated in the past few days alone, now available on mobile, and in more countries (including the UK! 🇬🇧). Try it out in the @GeminiApp (and the Flow tool for filmmakers at flow.google)

3/ POWERFUL: The best assistant turns your ideas into action. @GoogleDeepMind models (like 2.5 Pro) are exceptional - they can research, orchestrate, and create images, videos, and code. We’re in a new era of models, and a new era of user experiences are coming.
4/ Zooming out, @Google infrastructure & TPUs back all of this. It’s the kind of infra people dream about, but it actually exists here -- and it’s going to let us make all this FREE for everyone to try, especially students.
