🇩🇪 Tesla is increasing salaries at Giga Berlin again — without a union or collective bargaining agreement.
Starting October 1:
✅ Production workers: +5%
✅ Skilled workers: +4% + performance-based bonus
✅ Production starting salary: ~€45,750 per year
Tesla says wages at Giga Berlin have increased every year since production started in 2022.

Even if investors were expecting a good outcome today, the market is underappreciating the significance of the $SPCX launch, with the stock down 1%, in line with the Nasdaq.
Today had double and quadruple good news:
1. With the help of some rounding, Starship is about double the size of Falcon Heavy, so reaching orbit with a rocket that massive is a milestone. That means they can get satellites to orbit cheaper and faster.
2. Starlink speeds should about 4x with V3, the first of which went into orbit today. That means new pricing tiers are coming the average Starlink download should go from about 150 Mbps to about 600 Mbps.

🔥 A new Tesla patent may reveal a clever active aerodynamic system for the next-gen Roadster!
The patented rear wing could:
✅ Deploy to generate additional downforce
✅ Pivot to reduce drag and improve efficiency
✅ Retract when a collision is detected
✅ Be integrated with Tesla’s driver-assistance software
The patent doesn’t confirm this system will make it into the production Roadster, but the timing is certainly interesting with the unveiling just days away.
