Challenge: Upgrade Microsoft Office 365 Apps to "Business Standard", add a new domain, and configure Outlook for Mac to send/receive emails from that domain. The mountain of cryptic errors, access- and configuration steps are... impressive. Had to laugh and swear for an hour.

Sorry @Pardot but you don't make it easy for me not to rant :D If I have used a name for X (e.g. a form handler), is it true that I can never use that name again although I delete the item? Seems the recycle bin cannot be emptied? I'll have to undelete and reconfigure the item?

Pardot is moving the needle in conversion optimization. I wonder how animation of a background, to the degree of distraction, affects the conversion rate.. or makes it harder for people to find the login :P pardot.com
