GOG wants to bring physical PC games back. The idea is to let players buy boxed versions of games directly from their GOG library and have them delivered to their homes.

The company would also need approval from publishers to produce and sell physical copies.
GOG has been discussing the idea for years, but there are still plenty of challenges to overcome.

Hätte es gerne immer dort gewechselt, wo ich Auto plus Reifen gekauft habe.

What does not work: Mac mini M6 [max 32 GB]. Mac Studio M5 Max with 36 or 48 GB.
A single DGX Spark / Dell GB10 with 64 GB.
A GeForce RTX 5090 [32 GB]. “3.46B active” does not mean it fits in 16-32 GB.
Dell / NVIDIA: the 64 GB DGX Spark [from about $4,999, Oct 23, Dell and other OEMs] is too small for the official weights. The 128 GB Dell Pro Max with GB10 [about $6,950] can hold the FP8 weights, but bandwidth is only about 273 GB/s and context headroom is tight. It is not Aleph Alpha’s listed minimum [H200, B200, or 2× 80 GB]. The better NVIDIA fit is an RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell with 96 GB.
Apple: a Mac mini M5 Pro with 64 GB is only for experimental community quants [Q4 is about 47 GB]. A Mac Studio M5 Max with 128 GB [about 5,900-6,200 €] is the practical floor for 4-bit builds and is tight for official FP8. For the official weights with usable context, get a Mac Studio M5 Ultra with 256 GB [from about 11,000 €, 1.2 TB/s].
