๐ Weโre heading to Singapore as a Top 40 semi-finalist.
Mapxus has been selected for the Semi-Finals of the NVIDIA Inception Grand Challenge 2026, bringing growth-stage AI startups across APAC together around real enterprise challenges.
This Friday, our team will pitch live in Singapore for a place in the Top 20 Finale. ๐ธ๐ฌ
For Mapxus, the challenge connects closely with what we have been building: using indoor spatial intelligence to help facilities and property teams work more effectively with AI.
By structuring information about spaces, routes, facilities and points of interest into a shared spatial knowledge base, indoor environments can provide clearer context for digital systems. As AI agents and robotics become more involved in physical spaces, this kind of structured indoor data could support applications beyond human navigation.
Weโre proud to have made it to the Top 40 and look forward to sharing our approach in Singapore.

Technology education doesn't always happen in classrooms. Sometimes, the best way to inspire young people is to let them experience technology in the spaces they interact with every day. ๐ก
We recently had the opportunity to participate in the Sino Innovation Tech Experience Day, an initiative under the Strive and Rise Programme hosted by Sino Group, with youth participants led by Po Leung Kuk.
At ONE NORTH, students took part in an interactive "Inno Hunt" challenge powered by Mapxus Stamp Rally, our indoor location-based engagement feature. ๐
Using real-time indoor positioning, they navigated the building, raced against the clock to locate hidden QR codes, and unlocked virtual stamps along the way. Through the experience, they saw firsthand how spatial intelligence can make indoor navigation more engaging and interactive. ๐คณ๐ป๐ข
While designed as a fun challenge for students, the activity also demonstrated how indoor positioning can help property operators guide foot traffic, enhance visitor engagement, and deliver interactive digital experiences without requiring complex hardware infrastructure.
Connecting students with real-world technology is one of the best ways to inspire the next generation of innovators, and we're grateful to Sino Group, Sino Inno Lab, and Po Leung Kuk for making this meaningful experience possible. Special thanks to Melanie Kwok and Gladys Law of Sino Group for their support.

Japan's nursing care sector is adopting data-driven methods to solve operational challenges.
Commissioned by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED), our partner Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI) developed the "Nursing Care DX Package Model." The model uses the "mapxus Driven by Kawasaki" indoor positioning service, powered by Mapxus's spatial intelligence technology, to measure caregiving activities and drive on-site improvements nationwide.
Validation across multiple prefectures confirmed these tangible outcomes:
โณ ๐ข๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ: Visualizing IoT device effectiveness reduced daytime administrative tasks, increasing staff break time and expanding direct patient care.
Identifying specific operational challenges enabled the introduction of suitable mobility and transfer assistance equipment, reducing physical burdens on residents and staff.
๐ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ข๐: The framework quantified cost-effectiveness. One facility saved approximately 600 indirect work hours annually, representing a value of 1.2 million yen.
Spatial intelligence provides a precise measurement foundation for sustainable healthcare operations.
