It was a perfect evening for running tonight as we did a nice flat route for our short reps in pairs. Next week we’re back to short hills on Conchar where, for a bit of a change, Lorna and Phil will look after everybody.

Wow, what a weekend of running! Despite the weather, lots of Bullets were out on Saturday doing parkrun or the MoRun, and today doing the Coventry 10k or Derby 10 miles. There were also plenty of runners that came to drop in and run at the usual time in the park.
