He loves his people, loves to cuddle, sleeps with his person and is great with kids. He’s also playful with other dogs and we think he’d do best with a confident canine companion. Winchester🐾🐾 is fully house trained and walks well on a leash, but he definitely comes with some naughty hound quirks! He’s working on curbing his mischievous curiosities when unsupervised but luckily he’s great at being crated if he needs to be put up. He is very attached to his person and can whine or cry a little when separated. Because of this, an apartment probably isn’t the best fit. A 6 foot fence or regular leash walks are required because Winchester🐾🐾 can jump a fence and he cannot share a home with kitties… all typical houndism’s! Winchester🐾🐾 is an awesome dog with an open fun loving spirit! His future family needs to be ready to help this former hunting dog polish up his pet dog skills so Winchester🐾🐾 can be the best hound boy he can be! He’s loving, playful, goofy and incredibly endearing. He just needs the right person who can give him structure, training, exercise and plenty of companionship.
