The creator of the 'Palestine poppy' is an Oxford-educated paediatrician who has written books for Muslim teenagers justifying stoning and warning that homosexuality is 'a test from Allah'.
Abdul Qader Ismail was accused of trying to 'hijack' Remembrance Day after he began selling an enamel pin shaped like a poppy in the colours of the Palestinian flag for £1.78 on eBay. The pin is listed as 'not for profit' with money being donated to Gaza charities.
The Spectator can now reveal that Ismail is an active member of Greens for Palestine and co-sponsored the group's 'Zionism is Racism' policy. He is also the author of a book series titled An Introduction to Challenging Topics for Muslim Teens.

Our work exposing the religious manosphere in the charity sector has a feature in the Mail.
Several of these charities continue to promote misogyny despite warnings from the Charity Commission.
We need a fundamental rethink of religion and charities.

This is an atrocious sentencing decision. A premeditated, prolonged attack with a knife that could have been fatal resulting in one of the lowest sanctions in youth justice - a referral order. Incomprehensible.

Breaking.
The UK paid £11.9 BILLION last year in universal credit welfare payments to households with foreign nationals.
Up from £9.5 billion in 2024 & £7.5 billion in 2023.
And 65% of the payments went to jobless claimants.
We are being fleeced.

In a sane world, a state would not allow people to enter the country illegally who can't understand rape is a crime, having sex w/children is a crime & women aren't property. Even a world deranged enough to let such people in would hold them securely. Here, we give out leaflets.

The CPS has a Muslim Network problem.
In 2019 the CPS Muslim Network worked with the Muslim Council of Britain, Muslim Association of Britain, Association of Muslim Police and Finsbury Park Mosque on a workshop covering hate crime, reporting, investigation, charging and penalties. These aren't meaningless social connections. Some of these organisations have actively campaigned for stronger laws and policies around “Islamophobia” and anti-Muslim hatred.
I can't tell you in strong enough words how much I loathe staff networks and think they should die, yesterday. And I mean all of them, including women's networks.
Add to that the "community groups" that are consulted on everything. The CPS itself says they are involved in consultation, prosecutor training and hate-crime policy. Its communications guidance even says prosecutors can seek information from “relevant community groups” when they don't understand supposedly hateful language and that hate-crime factors can turn a communication which might otherwise fall below the threshold into something considered “grossly offensive”.
This is why we're sooooooo screwed.
"FSU member and retired police officer Stephen Gray was found guilty of being "grossly offensive", a criminal offence under s127 of the Communications Act 2003, for repeating a joke about Mohammed." FSU
And now the police want to question me over my speech at UTK and several posts on X in which I raised concerns about Islam, Islamic practices and Muslims. Not threats. Not incitement to violence. Political and religious criticism.
Britain abolished blasphemy laws. Parliament even specifically protected the discussion, criticism, ridicule, insult and abuse of religion when it legislated against religious hatred. We are in a time where those in power think we're too stupid to notice that blasphemy is back.
“To determine the true rulers of any society, all you must do is ask yourself this question: Who is it that I am not permitted to criticize?”

RIP Jason Arday. I never met you, never knew you and what I read of your work I found unimpressive. And yet I feel a sadness and loss at your death. You never deserved for it to end this way. You were used and even abused by others for their own ends. I do not believe you were in any way a bad person. Indeed there are many reasons to believe you were a good person. You needed help. Yet when you needed help it never came. Despite the huge pile on, nobody seemed to be there for you. You were left to die on your own, which only adds to the sadness. RIP Jason Arday. You were failed by those who had a duty of care towards you.

A Jew from Israel in Malta.. unfiltered:
My Pakistani Bolt driver asked where I am from, and I said Israel. He smiled and said "Our homes are true enemies" so I told him "You are not my enemy" and he said "You aren't mine either."
My Nepalese Bolt driver picked me up from the airport and told me his friend studied in Israel, got his leg blown off during war, and plans to visit soon.
My Christian Pakistani waiter in Dingli never met an Israeli until he met me. He wants to go to Israel in the future.
My Ethiopian Muslim host and I shared an Ethiopia meal together, discussing our shared love for healing humanity.
My Jamaican Bolt driver plans to travel to Israel with his Croatian girlfriend, and welcomed me to Jamaica anytime.
My Maltese Airbnb host orders dates from Be'er Sheva and studies from Mosab Hassan Yousef regularly.
I didn't go to Malta looking for these moments. Or Morocco, South Africa, Greece, Spain, Australia, USA or Canada. They found me—in a Bolt, at a dinner table, at an Airbnb.

🚨 HUGE WIN: After my open letter, evidence of multiple donations to Hezbollah-linked ‘charities’, and relentless pressure - the Royal Holloway Students’ Union has SUSPENDED the Friends of Palestine Society.
All activity paused while a full investigation is carried out.
This is what happens when one student refuses to stay silent.
I now call on @TerrorismPolice to fully investigate and closely monitor the society’s founding members and current membership. Student money must never fund terror-linked groups.

PC Andrew Harper’s killing was horrendous and deeply shocking. He was a respected police officer, he was a husband and a son.
Thanks to his devoted family we worked together to honour Andrew’s life by introducing Harper’s Law - a law to give mandatory life sentences to those who unlawfully kill an emergency worker in the course of their duty.
Andrew's killers were the very worst of humanity and should be stripped of their freedom and face their full sentence.
It is utterly shameful that the Labour government is looking to release his murderers from prison early.
Labour must stop this and honour Andrew's memory and respect his family by ensuring his killers serve their full sentence.
